Scuba diving courses

All courses are conducted in small groups, maximum 6 students
per instructor and include all diving equipment, teaching material, boat trips,
insurance coverage, certification and refreshments on the boat.

Discover Scuba Diving:
This is a one day introduction to diving, after some basic theory and three skills in shallow water you can explore the fascinating underwater world under direct control of a PADI professional.

PADI Scuba Diver:
A pre entry level course, this rating can be achieved in as little as two days and allows you to dive under direct supervision of a PADI professional to 12m.

Open Water Diver:
A full certification course, usually conducted over four days, allowing you to dive independently (with a partner) everywhere in the world to 18m. The course consists of 5 theory modules, 5 confined water training dives and 4 open water dives.

Advanced Open Water:
This two or three day program broadens your experience as a diver, from deep diving to underwater navigation, you also choose three dives from special activities which interest you, like UW photography, night diving, UW naturalist and much more.

Medic First Aid:
For divers and non divers, this course teaches First Aid skills including CPR and is also a prerequisite for the rescue diver certification.

Rescue Diver:
In four to five days you will learn how to assist other divers, but also skills useful at any accident scene.

Dive Master:
As the first professional level, this internship program takes about 6 weeks and prepares you to work as a dive master, making diving a full or part time profession.

All year round, with the exception of the monsoon season, with heavy rains from November to December. The climate is tropical and the water temperature is 27-32 Celsius degrees, with a visibility often superior to 30 metres. During the months of July and August you have the best chances to spot the sharks-whale and other species of sharks that hide on the external reefs. Can also be seen: the rays, turtles, batfish or angelfish, barracuda, parrot fish or butterfly fish, etc...
